Resident Evil

The anticipated game Capcom has finally arrived to my hands. I started to win, and I must say without shame that I am very disappointed its poor gameplay and story, despite having really good graphics.

The achievement points are not better, give you points for mission completion and little else, thus increasing further the deception. In other games, get points is an incentive, this is just a bonus that goes unnoticed.

Tomb Rider Underworld

A true fan of the Lara Croft saga this title could not miss mine, and I must say that by far the best TR of all.

The graphics are much improved in TR Legend and then the TR Anniversary, but here are simply spectacular. They have taken particular care to the whole environment before static surrounding our beloved Lara.

But the best thing is that, the better the story. Simply incredible, based on Norse mythology and Viking, we will be completely immersed in it through the chain of events and scenes from the movie at times suitable. All this combined with a soundtrack that will make your hair stand on end; make the TR Underworld in a game simply sublime.

Call Of Duty: World at War

This game I can say I've tried it in both versions, first on PC (I played the beta for free and then the campaign mode) and XBOX 360 (in fact the pack that came with the console) and honestly, which are a mouse and a keyboard for the shooter, the controls are removed console.

The graphic engine is the COD4, but this time returns to the stage once again the Second World War. That if, even if it seems repetitive in the COD, far exceeds all previous versions. The ambience is excellent, gameplay good as ever, a sublime soundtrack, and the story is not bad. Surely a more COD can not miss in our collection.

Now then, as truly takes advantage this game is in multiplayer mode, where as in COD4, has its ranking system, which encourages people to keep playing and playing to unlock upgrades for weapons and create custom classes. Very very good, well worth the original purchase to play online, really.

Lost Odyssey

This game tells the story of Kaim, an immortal of more than 1000 years has lost his memory. In the early stages of the game we will be immersed in a battle of epic proportions. Two sides fight fiercely until Kaim makes its appearance, which resembles Sauron in LOTR, eliminating dozens of enemies with a two-handed blow. After defeating a huge war machine, something like a meteorite fall from the sky, turning the battlefield into a river of lava that devours everything in its path, eliminating the two sides equally. Miraculously, Kaim is the only survivor, but has lost his memory ...

The gameplay is very reminiscent of the Final Fantasy series (in its previous editions): static scenarios for which we walk the game besides combat mode in real time, turn-based combat, etc. A peculiarity in the fighting are the rings, when you melee attack, you see a ring on the enemy, and if you press the right trigger another ring appears on the first closing. If you can match them at the right time, will greatly improve the offense. Here, instead of inserting material into the grooves, we can do is to make rings with materials, other than "linker" skills of fellow mortals.

Rappelz

A couple of years since I played, but did reset on the server where I played, and decided not to start again. However, after many tests with various MMPORPGs (free and paid, such as Wow, War hammer Online, Lineage 2, Perfect World, Ragnarok Online, Last Chaos, Silk road, and overall I think the list reaches 20 different titles) I've reinstalled, and in three days and I have a Gaia fighter level 30 (will be an archer soon ^ ^), and why I have not spent more than 2 hours a day. This for a guy with so little free time I mean I've caught with enough desire ^ ^.

At first the game is the typical kill-kill. Missions, hundreds of bugs to kill, to get equipment, etc. But Rappelz has that "something" is lacking in other games. For example, in WoW, when you get to 80 and have your team "Tier", you do not know what to do. The same in Warhammer Online (only that this situation happens even before in WoW), RO, and all others (except the EVE Online, of course XD). In contrast, in Rappelz there are always things to do but of course to level up and get better equipment. There are always events, hilarious Bosses to kill etc. I do not know, is "something" which I personally like it, maybe it's the setting, the game system, do not know...

It is definitely a game worth trying if you like this style of game. Graphically it is quite good, although I must say that the graphics engine will be rendered obsolete. The music is cool, but when you farmed for a while in the same area is repetitive (this happens at all XD), and the game play is pretty good.

Prince of Persia

As I saw it advertised I knew I had to be mine. A price of Persia comic style graphics engine to the Xbox 360 has to be good to force, I thought.
The truth is that history is great, although it does not "catch" the player enough or at least not as much as previous releases of this title for PS2. The graphics are good, but repetitive and the soundtrack leaves a little to be desired, as is also repetitive, as well as its game play.
After an hour of play you just realizing that you are playing an arcade game that is half platforms and bored with the same thing. Yet I've had, but it is quite linear up to where I ... style mazes to get Tomb Raider to a final boss stage, you kill him (and this is the only time when you fight ... is like Final Fantasy, it seems that "sales" mode to enter game mode combat), purify the field and by the following.
Honestly, I was disappointed. The game play and the fun are dreadful, but the story is good. Compared with its predecessors, is at the height of the bitumen.

Fable II (XBOX 360)

The sequel to this great game "made in" Microsoft finally got my hands on. The bar was very high, since the two previous releases (Fable and Fable: The Lost Chapters) were masterpieces, especially for the times then ran.

However, this title did not disappoint me (maybe I took some things less than the previous titles and it had not, as the damage reduction by armor in Fable II dress is purely aesthetic). Have you been up to, both in story and game play, which guarantees a good amount of hours of fun?

This time the story is based 500 years after Fable, an age where heroes are mere legends, which ceased to exist when the people rose against them. We can choose the new sex, and this time the "expressions" have far more impact than the first (and indeed, here you can have sex, with or without a condom, having children, illness, etc...) and will always be accompanied by our faithful friend, a stray dog.

Grand Theft Auto

Grand Theft Auto IV is an action game in which, we should be on "Liberty City" a fair representation of the city of New York, we all know the Grand Theft Auto, in its previous editions, better known as "GTA", produced again by the company Rockstar. It is available for PC as well as for all consoles.

Our man in Liberty City will be Nico Bellick a war veteran from Eastern Europe, which reaches U.S. PCON craving for the American Dream, a nation prosperous and high quality of life, but quickly becomes entangled in the seedy map of gangs, crime and corruption.

GTA is always characterized by the third-person action, has a set of "open world" which gives players more control over their gaming experience. GTA IV is the first console game in the franchise that has an online multiplayer mode natively without mods.
